About us

Optimal Endurance Training began to run more than 10 years ago with the purpose of training endurance sports, with Carlos Martín Caro leading the project. The experience has led us to develop a self-training method in swimming, running and triathlon, the OET Method. Our goal is to promote the sport and to get that every athlete who trust us, reach his goals.
