OET Functional Training

Functional training with the OET Method is based on strength, elasticity and flexibility specific exercises for running, swimming and triathlon.

It will be trained symmetry and muscular compensation, work deep muscles, alignment, flexibility, muscle elasticity, segmental dissociation training, trying to improve the movement mechanics to increase performance and avoid injuries.

All this following OET Method, based on the movement and muscle mechanics, and the pilates Method.
